Manassas Internal Medicine has been serving the Northern Virginia community since 1998 and specializes in the prevention and comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of diseases in adult patients. Our doctors are Washingtonian “Top Doctor” recognized and are currently accepting new patients. We are conveniently located just off of Sudley Road near the Prince William Hospital.

Meet Our Caregivers
John F. CaryM.D.
Dr. Cary is board-certified in internal medicine and has been in practice in Manassas since 1987. He attended college at UMBC and medical school at the University of Maryland. He did his internal medicine internship and residence at Mercy Hospital in Baltimore.
Dr. Cary has a wide variety of interests outside of medicine including traveling, exercise, playing chess and learning languages. He speaks conversational Italian as well as some French and Spanish. He lives in Brentsville with his wife Betsy, who is a retired high school art teacher.
Young K. KimD.O.
Dr. Young Kim joined Manassas Internal Medicine in 1998. He has been listed in the Washingtonian as a “Top Doctor” multiple years since then. He is an Associate Professor of Internal Medicine at the University of Virginia Medical School where he teaches third year medical students as a preceptor. Dr. Kim grew up in Herndon Virginia and attended the University of Virginia as a chemistry major. Later, he went to the New York college of Osteopathic Medicine where he graduated in 1994. He completed his internship in New York and his residency in Internal Medicine at Washington Hospital Center.
Dr. Kim is married with two children and is active in his local church. He is fluent in Korean and his hobbies include traveling, camping and medical missions to third world countries.
Ladonna L. WagnerMSN, APRN, FNP-C
Ladonna Wagner joined Manassas Internal Medicine in 2014. She attended St. Mary’s School of Nursing and received her diploma in Nursing in 1995. She then went on to attend West Virginia University where she graduated Cum Laude with her Bachelors Of Science Nursing. She began her nursing career by working in the Trauma Intensive Care Unit and over the following 20 years has worked in pediatric intensive care, family practice and home health. She attained her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner graduating Summa Cum Laude from Frontier Nursing University in 2014.
Ladonna lives in Haymarket with her husband and three sons. Her interests include running, spending time with her family, and attending sporting events.
Kimberley D. RyanFNP-C
Dr. Kimberley Ryan joined Manassas Internal Medicine in 2010. She has been a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2006. She completed her doctorate of nursing practice at Shenandoah University. Her nursing background has spanned than the areas of surgical care, pediatrics, orthopedics, acute care, and more. Her interests include acute care, disease prevention and health promotion.
In her spare time, Dr. Ryan enjoys reading, cooking, gardening, yoga, travel, and spending time with her young son.
